The unfortunate reality for many people who try to work out, diet, and get healthier goes something like this: - they get marginally stronger, add a little bit of muscle, and lose some fat. - but they still aren’t slinging big weight, and still don’t have the “jacked & shredded” body that gets the status people want from their work - everything feels like a sacrifice. have to give up all fun, social life, etc if it’s gonna change to start actually making the big progress - works in cycles of being “locked in” and “derailing” because what they are doing doesn’t show them in a tight enough feedback loop whether it’s working or not - pushing harder feels like breaking yourself down more vs it being a compounding benefit It’s everywhere. people wanting to make positive changes & work but spinning their wheels with actual progress If this is you, it’s not your fault. Much of the diet, training, health advice you see on the internet or god forbid from some of the centralized entities (think the USDA, CDC, FDA) has completely misled and warped the understanding of health influencers posting insane & extreme protocols personal trainers who just absolutely wreck clients etc I’ve been training clients for almost 7 years now. I’ve been vigorously researching, training, and working on my health for about 12 years And there’s simply a better way to operate The whole point of caring about your health, getting in great shape is because it makes your life BETTER. yes you get the look you want, hit certain goals, whatever, but it’s the person you become as a result of that which is why you train The energy to attack life, the confidence, the outward projection of who you really are & what you’re really capable of So you shouldn’t become a hamster on your wheel, eating ur prepackaged fit snacks, and saying no to every social gathering so you can be healthy & fit The good news is, you don’t have to. You can actually eat MORE, get your metabolism and hormones ripping, and lose more fat than you did starving yourself Your training can become one big compounding loop of progress where you feel better walking out then walking in, you hit PRs consistently, and start putting on muscle And you can enjoy life, have a few drinks here and then, eat out, grow your business, enjoy dope hobbies, etc in fact you’ll do all of those with 10x more vigor & energy because your biology is operating on an order of magnitude better system There IS a better way. Your confidence, self perception, and general image is derived from your preparation, momentum, and direction When you have been training eating well sleeping moving getting sun not boozing, smoking, w/e you’re automatically going to view yourself in a higher regard because you have the data to revert back to on why you should hold that regard your subconscious is always going to look for “proof” of the things that you are looking to believe give it nothing but proof and watch how quick your perception changes, watch how much more conviction in urself you have this is one of the many reasons why getting dialed physically & health wise is OP. because you can’t always force your business, your relationships, social life, etc to show you that proof. but you can ALWAYS manufacture that proof from the things you do physically

Painful yet needed truth: You built the wrong body. You trained consistently. You tracked every metric. You dialed in your macros, your workouts, your sleep. Logged on to listen to all your favorite health influencers prescribe you their top 3 supplements. Followed the “evidence based” debates on what rep schemes, or exercise variations are optimal. Been on your lil David Goggins motivational hamster wheel type beat. You’ve gotten leaner, and stronger. And still… you feel off. You’re tight, to the point you’re constantly worried about that joint holding up when you push yourself. You move stiffer than ur Marlboro 100 smoking grandpa (who’s Test levels might be higher too). You Were Never Supposed to Look Like This The human body was designed for perfection, not dysfunction. Most people are training inside a body that was never built right in the first place. And it’s why you’re stuck. You’re trying to become a high-output, anabolic, athletic, aesthetic killer… …but you’re stacked like a Jenga tower assembled by drunk college kids. Compressed ribcage. Tilted pelvis. Recessed jaw. Soggy archless feet. Shortened spine. No glute signal. No diaphragm contractions. Dead nervous system. STRESSED nervous system And you think more sets, more preworkout, or more “discipline” is gonna save you? Nah. You can’t put Hellcat horsepower inside a Toyota frame. You need to REBUILD THE FRAME. Most people who have been training and working on their health are stuck in neutral because your entire structural and nervous system is out of phase. You’re breathing wrong. Moving wrong.
