After my first child was born the pediatrician came in to educate us on vaccines Immediately he brings up heavy metals: "Are you worried about the aluminum in vaccines? Because you should know your baby gets more aluminum from breast milk than they do from a vaccine" I didn't argue, but I did do my research A single vaccine contains between 0.125-0.85mg of aluminum In comparison breast milk contains between 0.01-0.05mg of aluminum per liter (34oz or about 4 cups), and infants drink between 16-32oz of breast milk per day So if we assume the lowest intake of milk and lowest aluminum level in that milk it would take about 25 days to reach the same 0.125mg in some vaccines If we assume the highest content in breast milk and that the baby drinks a full 32oz per day it takes more like 3-17 days to reach the level in a single dose of a vaccine (0.125-0.85) Sounds logical, right? The problem is the pediatrician was completely ignoring an important point, BIOAVAILABILITY Aluminum from breast milk has less than a 1% bioavailability, meanwhile the bioavailability of aluminum in vaccines approaches 100% absorption This means we need to take the number above and multiply it by 100x, it would take a year of 1 liter daily breast milk to even surpass the lowest aluminum content in vaccines, and with the current schedule MULTIPLE are stacked together in the first few days of life This is the kind of thing that frustrates me endlessly, I believe people should weigh risk/benefit and choose what they believe is best for their child, but twisting the facts to give a blatantly false impression ("you're giving your child more aluminum than a vaccine") is pure fear based manipulation There are examples of this being done to women and parents every single day in the medical system
The most evil people are those who abuse woman’s emotional impulses to sell them things for their babies - “You should vaccinate your child, or else he WILL die.” - “Apply this cream, otherwise it will be worse.” Women are easily scared into taking Action/buying if it means ‘saving’ their child (or animal)

this didn't "happen", we caused it first, children disappeared from daily life most women turn 30 without ever holding a baby (they don't have siblings or cousins, and young babies have been removed from shared spaces), never changed a diaper or watched one up close. you cant want what you've never seen second, we killed the single income. the average family needs both parents working just to get to the end of the month, so raising a family well went from hard to something practically impossible (2-3 months of maternity leave should be considered a crime against humanity). then schools and media, the whole cathedral, all pushed towards the same direction in a systematic brainwashing effort: pushing every girl at the career, motherhood turned into that despicable thing you settle for when the better options run out, "a smaller life". nothing worth desiring, and if you do you must be ostracised social media just finished the job. presented childfree as freedom and ideal life, filmed the worst four seconds of a mothers day and called it a warning or "here's motherhood" and underneath all of it, we removed people from history no ancestors you owe anything, no descendants you're building for, just one atomic self detached from any sense of continuity. one life with no purpose other than its own selfish goals especially for western people who have been taught that their ancestors are the most evil humans who ever existed someone with no past and no future has no reason to see themselves as part of history, and everything they do revolves around their own pleasure why would you carry something you were raised to be ashamed of? so a quarter of women raised in captivity selecting for civilizational suicide becomes inevitable the idea that this was a conscious choice is delusional. we are the first species in history to get everything it ever wanted: safety, medicine, abundance, ninety good years, and the result is suicide. everything else alive still manages to reproduce through famine and plagues. we got paradise and stopped anyone shutting off their own survival drive with no threat in sight is definitionally suicidal and that's where we are now
Why do you think this is happening?

I miss Kate so badly that I physically hurt. It's been a week since we were together. She's still in Australia sorting her visa. I feel more stressed. My emotions are stunted. My thoughts are cloudy and my mood has dipped. It just hurts everywhere.

How to tell if you've found your "thing" - You instantly absorb anything you read on the subject - You stay up late working on it (without effort) - You can perform better on it at 60% than others at 100% - It doesn't drain you, but rather gives you energy - You end up doing it without being prompted Play to you, work to others. Don't waste your time dedicating yourself to something you're bad at. Work hard at games you're uniquely suited to win. You can and should take every unfair advantage you have access to

This is 1000% true sleeping with ur baby is the original “melatonin”
Co-sleeping with children can help regulate the nervous system, teaching the brain to handle stress more effectively and supporting emotional resilience and secure attachment throughout life.

There’s an orders of magnitude greater spiritual, mental, and physical ability that humans have the potential to tap into if you can forego the comfort, pleasure, risk intolerance, laziness etc & lean into a bigger vision that truly excites you, have genuine faith in it, & WORK

Most of what disciplined or the lack thereof stems from how big ur thinking and whether you believe in the outcome happening / giving you what you want U could crawl through metaphorical hell if you had a big exciting vision & look at it with certainty it gets you what u want

This is what our society fails to comprehend. If I work as a physical therapist, and I’m good, I’ll make $100,000/yr. And pay $15,000 in taxes. I can see 60 patients per week. But that’s the end of it. No additional tax money, no more patients can get my services. I provide a living for myself and my family. If I own a practice and employee 10 therapists that each make $100,000, now I’m providing a living for 10 families, and because of my efforts there is now $250,000 in tax revenue. So why should businesses get taxed more? Why should they even have to pay payroll taxes? My value to society is way more than 10X at this point. But the vast majority of Americans can’t comprehend that, neither do our congressional representatives.

Idk if anyone else has but as AI tools have continuously gotten better I’ve started to kinda like em dashes — lol. still wouldn’t use them in my own writing. but now that the tools are hypercompetent they aren’t annoying like they were when the models were premature

I love going to the grocery store. Obviously 80% of it is inedible cattle feed, but the process of going in and stocking up on premium rocket fuel nutrition with endless options / variety is under appreciated. Something about it man

And farm store / farmers market is this phenomenon on tren typically less convenient and thus less frequent but those trips hit like crack the easy explanation is evo-psych based, resource & food security, but there’s something beyond that. A window into peak human output

Think about all the work, labor, resources, logistics, planning that it takes to make sure anytime 24/7 you roll into the grocery you have any singular food item, fresh, that you can purchase. A marvel of organization

These triplets who all became severely autistic hours after the same pneumococcal vaccine is irrefutable proof vaccines cause autism. Notably all three also lost their cranial reflexes, mirroring decades of data vaccine-induced microstrokes cause brain damage SIDS and autism by causing the blood cells in the body to electrically clump together, thereby obstructing the smallest blood vessels in the brain (along with . Remarkably, these microstrokes are very easy to detect once you know how to look for them, and it eye-opening how common they are.🧵
