Stop making your clients uncomfortable. Tell them what's going on in the transaction.
Phone calls cause you to lose control of your schedule. Our goal is to get the phone to ring less.

Save your time without sacrificing communication.
What if all of your communication with all of your clients was in one simple place. Wouldn't that be amazing?!
A 140 character text message or a 5 minute phone call? You make the choice.
Do you like to be kept in the loop? Don't you think your clients would too?

Clients don't have time to talk to you but they demand to be kept in the loop.
Clients can't refer you business if you're not top of mind. Stay top of mind.
So if a client has sent you emails, texts and tweets but never called, why would you call them?

What is the simplest way to keep your clients in the loop? Ok, do that.
YOU are your brand. Are you getting through? Do they hear YOU?
Email, text, phone, Facebook, twitter… how do you keep up with all that?
How many times do you have to call someone to get in touch with them? How much time does that take?
Communicate less. More often.
It’s not enough to do a good job. Clients will never remember you for doing a good job.
You need your clients to remember you during and after the transaction.
You're a rockstar. Run your business like one!
