so lovely to hear @JillAbram1 @loopylalia Joel & Hannah share their poetry this evening...people discussed their process, topics included discipline, reading others' work, being present with friends, making poems from overwhelming feelings, and writing in the morning. Thank you!

One of the things that's really striking about this Harry and Meghan documentary is just... the total lack of awareness that there's a tension between wanting a progressive, modern & diverse royal family, while still participating in an institution based on bloodline superiority.

wow i had a long chat with my uber driver and he just told me how he had severe depression for many years, was catatonic for 6 months. and then totally overcame it a few years ago after trying the wim hof method, where you train your body to take very cold showers (?)
