Is there a 2023 World Athletics list of approved spikes we are allowed to wear? .. As someone who isn’t sponsored and has to buy my own spikes most of the brands don’t have the shoes for sale on the websites and I don’t want to buy old versions and be told they aren’t allowed..

An athlete I train @loralski is not funded by @BritAthletics because she isn’t “medal potential” anymore but won an indoor bronze in 2022 and was ranked 7th in the world. Won a diamond league. She won both indoor and outdoor national championships in 2022. I’m confused!

Black boys are not treated as children they are treated as harden criminals.. I have never in my life see police stop and search a group of white boys in my life! Enough is enough
Two weeks ago, we took some of the Black boys we mentor to a careers workshop at Spotify. Such a beautiful day but do you know how it ended? With the Police surrounding them in London Bridge Station accusing them of stealing phones.
They were sitting on the bench waiting for me.
