Last time I didn’t listen to my body asking me to slow down & rest, it triggered a condition that left me bedridden for 3 months then having to use crutches for another 4 months! Suddenly losing mobility & the feeling of helplessness

The biggest threat to the Pacific is the CLIMATE CRISIS. For years Tuvalu has been on the brunt of it. It is wild that People who don’t even contribute to any of the carbon footprint are heavily devastated and may lose their Sovereignty in a blink of an eye 😭.
