We got to hear @sanditoksvig and @catherine_mayer talk about how much there is still to do to ensure all women are able to achieve their potential. "Just get it done!" There were tears. There was laughter. There were moments of rightful rage. And there was a lot of love. @WEP_UK

Increasing gender diversity in leadership is a good thing, and we can learn so much about gender discrimination and systemic bias from all kinds of women. I firmly believe that it’s gender that matters here: someone’s lived experience, not what sex they were ascribed at birth.
