Husted and Cassidy both huddled together over the vote tally on Schumer's amendment (which was 47-49) before voting. Cassidy voted no -- killing the amendment -- then a minute later Husted voted yes. Then, Sullivan voted with Husted Collins, putting amendment at 49-50
