The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority is a proud sponsor of Indigenous Storytelling Month! For Indigenous people, storytelling is both a gift, and a very old custom, used to teach, entertain, and remember. Since 2004, the Library Services for Saskatchewan Aboriginal Peoples @lssap committee has coordinated Saskatchewan Indigenous Storytelling Month. This year’s launch is being hosted by Southeast Regional Library and their Broadview Public Library Branch. Details of the launch are on the poster below. A full schedule of events can be found on the LSSAP website: lssap.ca/calendar #storytellingmonth #witaskewin #sharingsuccess
