The issue with the CAPO risk oracle on Aave v3 has now been resolved. The LTV Protocol Pilot Vault has been successfully unstopped. Operations are back to normal and everything is running smoothly.

LTV Guardian temporarily stopped the LTV Protocol due to an abnormal oracle price affecting wstETH on Aave.
A recent transaction submitted through the oracle system appears to have artificially capped the wstETH price below the market level, which results in a significant deviation from the real ratio.

Today the new CAPO risk oracle on @aave v3 triggered an abnormal price update for wstETH, which resulted in a cascade of liquidations.
More than 10,000 ETH worth of positions were liquidated across several large accounts.

Today, unfortunately, we have to share deeply difficult news.
Ilya Abrosimov, @0xCorwin CEO of LTV Protocol, passed away on February 20.
This is an immense loss for our team, our community, and everyone who had the privilege of working with him.
From an operational standpoint, the protocol infrastructure remains fully functional and secure.
In the coming days and weeks, I will provide clear and structured updates regarding next steps for LTV protocol.

LTV Pilot Vault: Back to Profit.
After the recent borrow rate spike and utilization stress on Aave, the vault has officially returned to daily profitability.
Rates normalized. Utilization cooled off. Strategy back in positive yield.

We have pushed an upgrade to partially recover tokens stolen from one of our users via a phishing attack.
All funds are SAFU.
The protocol has been fully rolled back to the previous implementation — everything is operating as usual.
There were no vulnerabilities in the protocol code.
No action is required from users. Everything remains secure.
We'll publish a detailed post-mortem with links and technical breakdown shortly.
