When I started my SEO strategy I dint have high hopes at all. I thought media buying will yield much more results. Now 3 months in it’s 95% of my SaaS revenue. Today I made a Telegram bot for my SaaS. It runs on scheduled cron job and fetches data from Posthog and my APIs and gives me insight into my app. It gives me performance metrics but also warns me about API usage. Still working on it but goal is to have full scope every morning without going to much into the data myself.

I still have two dev guys who usually help me fix bugs that I cause while vibe coding my SaaS. Wow I texted him on UpWork "don't commit until tested" and it sounded like I'm talking with an AI 🤣

Might have celebrated to early! :( A decent amount of $0.99 trials have converted into yearly plans but a much bigger chunk just "Failed". Not sure if this is usual behaviour but I guess will have to check again on bigger data sample. One positive sign is that I started to receive direct payments of the $14.99 weekly plan.

First batch of my $0.99 trials converted into fully paying yearly subs at $39.99! The trials still keep on coming in so I'll be monitoring it in next days. New thing I'm working on is to run an A/B test just for organic visits and test different onboarding flows as right now the biggest drop of happens when: - Users wait for analysis step to finish - User have to do double opt-in and very email/account Doing this all with Claude Code and @posthog MCP to run experiment Will report back!

Rather than building 10 apps focus on 1 and test and learn couple distribution methods. Start with free stuff like SEO or ASO then expand into paid UA.

I hired an VA some time ago to manage about 20 social profiles for my app. Right now these are figures we do in terms of views and engagement and got $71.40 out of it. Still not sure if this is super bad or good?
