Parents have abandoned their infant children. They prefer the dopamine hits of TikTok videos and Temu deals over the real-life tedium of trying to play with a toddler. Perhaps we need health warnings on apps? Do we just ban short-form video? (I say, typing on this dopamine app.)

I’ve warned for months that America would soon restrict access to state of the art frontier AI models for national security reasons.
THIS HAS NOW HAPPENED.
Thanks to the catastrophic energy policies pursued by the Tories and Labour, Britain has virtually ZERO sovereign AI capability.
Now we will be cut off from the most powerful AI models, and will soon end up being TOTALLY AT THE MERCY of China America and others who will be able bring to bear intelligence capable of defeating all our security systems in short order.

It’s difficult to articulate the extent to which Somalian immigrants are a *unique* problem. Other immigrant groups may not always have stellar outcomes, but there are almost none who as persistently have the absolute worst outcomes in every country they move to as Somalians.
Somalis in Canada are getting an entire month in their honor. And don’t you think it’s about time? Look at the economic impact.
58.5% of Somali men had zero employment income a full decade in Canada. Zero.

In fact there is a very good case for giving extremely violent teenage defendants sentences that take them out of circulation during the peak of male criminality. A sentence that put this 19 year old in prison for 8-10 years could spare numerous victims
