I built this printer 6 years ago from an old @lulzbot3D TAZ1 for a personal project. For some reason I needed 1200mm in Y. Basically I turned it from a bed slinger into a gantry printer.
That project never went anywhere, but the printer works. It's slow, so it's best for vase mode with a large nozzle. Bed is unheated, so PLA only for now.
Anyone got any long models that might be worth printing on it.
