Like a modern PVPVE game with gear wipes, a smaller selection of maps, 7 character kits, and 1-2 enemy factions is outright faster and easier to make content for compared to the looter shooter MMORPG with thousands of weapons, maps, models, and also 8-10 years of tech debt
