Lets say you were employee of the month two months in a row, and all of your colleagues were celebrating your performances.
Over Christmas you catch a cold, car needs repairs and you feel fatigued and canβt put 100% into your work or even get to the office.
When the busy period is over, youβre putting in 100% effort again but not seeing the work output you were when you were employee of the month.
Would you feel okay if your colleagues or suppliers were constantly on your back, would that help your output levels?
Or would you want the support from your peers, to help you to return to your best, hit deadlines and earn another employee of the month award, or an end of year bonus?
