The Solana Mobile team has been super heads down, I realize it's been a while since I've shared what we've been up to. But going forward, I’ll be sharing more about what we're focused on and what I'm thinking about. We're coming up on 10 months since Seeker started shipping, and it's still wild to see how many people find real value in a purpose-built stack for crypto on their phones. Users have moved more than $8B through the Seeker economy, and our dApp store just crossed 1,000 apps. It's frankly nuts. But there's a lot more to do, on product, growth, and where SKR and Guardians go from here. First, product. PMF is about more than high-level usage and volume numbers. Real PMF is your Seeker becoming the phone you pull out whenever money's involved, because doing it anywhere else is clunkier, less secure, or just not possible. If a software wallet on any phone could do it, then the hardware isn't doing its job. So we're focused on refining what gets us there, from our core apps and Seed Vault to dApp Spotlight and the publishing portal upgrades, with much more for developers underway. Second, growth. Not everyone will choose a dedicated crypto phone, and that's fine. There should always be a flagship for our core audience, but our tech should also reach the people who want it without switching phones. That's why working with more hardware makers and carriers matters: it grows the pie and expands the market we can reach. Those partner conversations are happening every day. Finally, we're as committed as ever to an open ecosystem governed and powered by SKR. We're building the Guardian infrastructure now to make mobile distribution less dependent on humans in the loop and more open, verifiable, and onchain. There are real regulatory, technical, and economic considerations, and it isn't all hooked up on day one, but the goal hasn't moved. SKR is built to govern that growth and capture the value the ecosystem creates. This is a new way to think about platforms, hardware, money, and mobile, all coming together at once. We're the only team in the world with deep expertise across all four, and we're shipping as much of it as fast as we can. We've got a lot planned for this summer. I'm as excited as I've ever been.

"We just set out to solve that problem, give developers a way to access users without going through the Apple and Google rigmarole, policies, and fees." "We just crossed our 1,000th app developers building new things, users trying them, getting that really tight feedback loop going."
