Our colleague @korbel_daniel is at INC-2 #PlasticsTreaty meeting this week in Paris. These negotiations are about how to deal with #plasticpollution. As a not-for-profit science & tech organisation and accredited UNEP stakeholder, we are able to join as an observer.
What should you put in which bin? It isn't always easy to know how to recycle your plastics and other waste. Overall, we want to follow the resource hierarchy - directing our efforts towards reducing plastic consumption & reusing products before eventually recycling or composting
People will be warned they need to put less in their recycling bins as part of a Government overhaul of waste disposal
