Haven’t done one of this in a minute, so gonna answer some FAQs I get about @ogmomothecat 🙂‍↔️ “What is momo?” - momo the cat is an animated cat IP I created ~7 months ago. He’s a cute, innocent dancing cat that experiences a chaotic world of wacky, often abhorrent family members. Since inception, over 1.8 million people have followed the cat on TikTok/Instagram/Youtube, with content generating over 450m views. “Why did you tokenize the brand?” - I launched $MOMO to create a new way for fans of the cat to engage and buy a stake of the brand. 50% of all profit the brand makes is used to buyback and burn supply of the coin (over $12k has already been bought back/burned). I believe the best marketing for momo comes from fans simply sharing their favorite videos with their friends. The token then gives people a financial incentive to keep doing this. The more people that consume the content, the more $$ the brand makes, which in turn rewards long term holders of the coin. “What’s next for momo?” - Besides continuing to create content, we have spent the past several months working with factories to build out the merchandising infrastructure. We’ve had to overcome many setbacks to find reliable suppliers, but this is ultimately the largest revenue channel for most animation brands, and are confident our efforts will pay off. We can’t wait to see the buybacks grow once the foundation for this is completed. 🚨🚨6 months of $MOMO recap🚨🚨 @ogmomothecat turned 6 months old today, so it’s time for another monthly recap to see the progress we’ve made 🙂‍↔️ First, some month-over-month (MoM) metric updates: - TikTok: 849k followers/33.3m likes ➡️ 1.02m followers/38.5 likes ( 20%, 16% MoM) - Instagram: 682k followers/246m views ➡️ 739k followers/272m views ( 8%, 11% MoM) - 111 viral videos (over 1m views) ➡️ 126 viral videos ( 14% MoM) Highlights: - The momo TikTok passed 1m followers, making momo the FIRST web3-native brand to hit 1m on TikTok - a SECOND momo video passed 30m views - Momo hit ~20k followers on Facebook within our first month posting our content there - The momo plushie is 1-2 iterations away from being perfected by our new factory supplier, as well as apparel now in the design stage 👀 Top of mind: In the last recap I mentioned our goal was to hit 1m on TikTok before EoY and we smashed that with about a month to spare which was incredibly exciting 🥳 As the brand grows, the number of “middleman” services wanting a % to help us scale but with ambiguous terms grows too. This makes me more confident than ever that we are doing the right thing taking the long term approach to merchandising and building the foundation ourselves (establishing relationships with factories, building a merch store natively on the momo site, etc) While this extends the time it takes us to become profitable, in the long term our margins will be exceptionally higher and will allow us to pursue new revenue streams with full autonomy 🙂‍↕️ Anyway, whether market good or market bad, momo always viral, so we simply keep building See yall next month for the next update 🥂

🚨🚨5 months of $MOMO recap🚨🚨 Our beloved @ogmomothecat turned 5 months old today! 🥳 Like I do every month, let’s dive into the progress we’ve made and what’s top of mind for the team First, some month-over-month (MoM) metric updates: - TikTok: 697k followers/27.3m likes ➡️ 849k followers/33.3m likes ( 21%, 22% MoM) - Instagram: 615k followers/200m views ➡️ 682k followers/246m views ( 11%, 23% MoM) - 82 viral videos (over 1m views) ➡️ 111 viral videos ( 35% MoM) Highlights: - YouTube channel just passed 50k subscribers! - Momo now has his own Meta media rep and has joined the Facebook content monetization beta, which includes ‘breakout bonuses’ given out periodically to incentivize large creators to continue to post on FB - Snapchat account passed 40k followers, now <10k followers from unlocking creator monetization - first plushie prototype created Lowlights: - our make-to-order plushie supplier bait and switched the production time the day the sale went live. We would never ask fans to wait 4 months after ordering the plushie to receive it, so we made the tough choice to end our agreement with the vendor. Despite the setback, we’ve worked quickly to identify a factory in China that can produce the plushies and will be ordering stock to guarantee quick shipping times. While this requires much more overhead work, the margins we receive will be double what the vendor offered and the store will be natively supported on momothecat.io. And lastly, some time of mind commentary: Getting bait and switched by our first plushie vendor really sucked. But we’ll never be deterred by some growing pains. We’ve learned from this experience and are taking the steps to ensure this won’t happen again. We’ll end up generating more revenue because of better margins through our new approach, but it is still unfortunate fans will have to wait a little longer Content is still our #1 focus, pushing to get the TikTok to over 1m followers before EoY and continuing to grow the momo community. We’re unlocking more monetization tools on almost every platform we post to as well 🤩 This is by far the most fun I’ve had building anything in my life, so I’m very grateful for all of u reading this, and regardless of what the market brings we’re going to be relentlessly grinding on building the biggest animated cat IP in the world See you all next month ❤️
