Heute Morgen wurde Majid Reza Rahnavard in Mashhad öffentlich gehängt. Die iran.Justiz hatte ihn wegen Mordes an zwei Basij-Milizen während der Proteste verurteilt. Laut NGOs hatte er keinen Anwalt. Wie bei Mohsen Shekari ein Schnellverfahren: Anklage war Ende Nov erlassen worden

Another 23-year-old protestor, Majidreza Rahnavard, was just executed in Mashhad, Iran. No lawyer, no due process, tortured confession, sham trial. He was hanged for "waging war against God." This cruelty in the name of religion is what has secularized so many young Iranians.

#URGENT: Protester #MajidrezaRahnavard was publicly hanged for charges of moharebeh (enmity against god) in Mashhad this morning, per the judiciary's Mizan news agency. He was arrested 23 days ago and is the second protester to be executed in five days.
