JSON has to be one of the least token-efficient ways to generate structured AI responses. GPT insists on indenting and every space is a token! YAML is ok, but haven't found anything better than CSV so far.

I wouldn't trust GPT to generate binary data like protobuf. And CSV has a lot of limitations. Time for a new encoding language that's natural language based, token-efficient, and robust to LLMs messing up syntax?
