It's undeniably hard to not admit that the two powerhouses that control, rock, and balance power politics is US and China. “AI 시대라고해도 저는 끝까지 쓰고 끝까지 찍을것 입니다!” -모두가 자신의 무가치함과 싸우고 있다 최종회- While seating at a cafe, I observed two conversations that make me think again about the use of AI, the era of AI generation. A couple seating next to me searched a poem (yeah, we don’t memorize poems any more🫠) and was reading it line by line out loud. This, I think is a good use-case of AI: to refer, search, and dig into info or knowledge not readily available. A son and his father was seated behind me. The son suggested three options to his dad on how to further their joint business. The father answered without haste “let me ask AI for what the best solution may be.” This shocked me for two reasons: 1) he didn’t make ANY effort to process his son’s suggestions and provide his thoughts and 2) he was a man of the older generation. AI should be a tool, not a means to make all of your decisions, paralyzing your ability to think. I am observing many people rely too much on AI. It’s like people can’t remember any number from their contacts. It’s like relying on navigation to guide you wherever you go. Even a 5minute drive. I hope you guide AI, not the other way around. AI shouldn’t guide you. You should guide it.

Yesterday I had the incredible opportunity to share the vision behind AI Builders BKK and our AI Builder Hub policy initiative at Road to SENSUS: BKK Edition, hosted by @contributedao and @bitget . This gathering was pure community-led, high-signal energy. It was amazing rubbing shoulders with top-tier founders, investors, and elite builders who are actively shaping the landscape. When it comes to driving AI and Web3 integration in Thailand, the one word I always stand by as my core is "Collaboration." To go far and build something sustainable in this era, we need each other's unique strengths to piece together the bigger macro picture. Our goal at @AIBuildersBKK is to be the primary engine that aggregates top talent, unlocks their potential, and moves them from high-level "discussion" to real-world "execution" and of course to position Thailand at the forefront of the global AI race. ...And for me, Collaboration doesn't just end with online discussions or forums. Our next major move is shifting toward Physical Infrastructure, creating real-world spaces where our community can work, build, and drive initiatives together. Through the @democratTH, we are proposing the AI BUILDER HUB policy, a strategic framework to transform underutilized or unused state assets across Bangkok into hubs of opportunity for builders. The first location we are proposing is "Tobacco Factory 5" (โรงงานยาสูบ 5), located right behind the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC). The potential of this asset is unmatched: it’s right next to a public park, highly accessible via the MRT, surrounded by wellness spaces, and the building's raw industrial structure requires minimal renovation to be immediately functional. Imagine how powerful it would be to take a space that once symbolized the industrial commodity wealth of the past and breathe new life into it as a high-performance engine for Thailand’s digital and AI economy. It will serve as an active execution floor, a content creation studio for creators, and a curated space for high-profile deal-making, seamlessly connecting with the global crowds next door at QSNCC. If we can successfully execute this model and reactivate this unused asset, it will serve as a definitive Blueprint to revitalize dormant spaces across the country, unlocking massive economic and social value.
