Cancelled remakes of Shenmue I & II, indeed show that @SEGA was exploring alternative ways of working with the series. π§πΆ
So on some level, #Shenmue must still be of value to the Higher Ups at the company.
Why these planned remakes were cancelled, the reasons are unclear, but the video speaks for itself...
