In a first, we demonstrate the ability of post-PCI high-sensitivity #troponin to reliably diagnose hemorrhagic myocardial infarction (MI). We then demonstrate a 2.81-fold greater risk for in-hospital mortality in hemorrhagic MI. Our findings are now published in @NEJMEvidence. evidence.nejm.org/doi/full/1…
