0.8kg this week, which is still absolutely fine, so now at 4kg lost in the last 4 weeks. My target is to lose an average of 1kg per week so it's going well. (Sorry if you don't care, but I stick these posts here for accountability)
Another week and another 1kg lost. Over 3kg lost in the last 3 weeks. Another 27kg to go still, but making progress and starting to see and feel it too.
