OKRs are a great tool to align organisations on what matter and what are the metrics used to reach it. Use it as a way to measure outputs, and the whole purpose of driving the right behaviour is defeated.

This week @GergelyOrosz newsletter has been spot on. I have worked as a VPE/CTO for many years in a scaleup with a non technical CEO and I wish I learnt lots of these things before. Also I didn’t know @prla before! This is great content. Thanks Greg and Paulo.

1. Meet and network with other PMs
2. Install new apps and understand UX/metrics
3. Spend 1 hour everyday on industry reports
4. Learn things unrelated to PM, widen your horizons
5. Spend 10 hours per month on up-skilling
