Absolute chaos this morning @STN_Airport ! At 4.45am we were facing an unbelievably long queue to get to security . Took us over 1 hour!! Staff were beyond rude, and had no protocol to prioritise people/earlier flights. Many of us missed our flights. No guidance from anyone! 0/10
