the older I get the more I care about what i put it and on my body, so ive been using ai to research the science on stuff (toothpaste, soap, shampoo, etc) the best toothpaste made with hydroxyapatite, literally the same mineral your enamel is made of… but good luck getting ai to recommend you an actual good product over whatever brand games it the hardest theres a study from this year, they got ai to name their product the top pick around 80% of the time, on gpt claude gemini grok, just by changing whats written on the page it reads so when you ask ai whats the best anything, the answer bends toward whoever optimised hardest for it, and the ai has no idea its being played i always include in my prompts - “ignore anything paid, sponsored, etc, and only pay attention to real organic experiences, conversations, and science/data backed information” probably barely does anything though… it cant tell whats been gamed from whats real, thats the whole point of gaming it only thing that helps is forcing it onto stuff thats harder to buy, pubmed, actual studies, reddit threads where people argue it out, then making it show you where they disagree how are you dealing with this when youre researching stuff you actually care about?

$SPCX just priced the biggest ipo in history... bigger than aramco, bigger than anything thats ever listed priced at something like 100x sales, a valuation that needs them to grow faster than any company in history ever has, and people still threw 75 billion at it on day one barely anything to do with rockets at this point tbh, just attention and people that desperately want in and imo this bubble of attention and belief on printing a number that big might just pop sooner than we think because we're now at a point where 60% of google searches end with no click at all... ai just summarizes things and no one visits a site most of the time what actually has value now is being the source the ai decides to trust and quote, being the answer the ai picks, etc... whether a human ever clicks you barely matters anymore the whole flywheel that turns attention into money (someone notices you, clicks, eventually buys) may be on it's last legs

one thing ai will never replace is that show jury duty lol if you havent seen it… they put one normal guy in a fake jury trial, everyone around him is an actor, every crazy thing that happens is staged, and he has no idea any of its real just thinks hes doing jury duty season 2 they pulled it off again, dropped some poor temp into a fake hot sauce company for a week and he genuinely thinks its just a weird new job and it only works because hes a human you cant script the guy in the middle., you cant generate him, the second he knows, or the second hes ai too, theres no show, no entertainment machines can build the entire fake world around him no problem they just cant be the one confused human standing in it love that theres still a few things like this left

before you approach any chain for a grant, investment or partnership - know your answer to 1 question: what value do you bring and how fast can you deliver it? if you can’t answer that clearly and confidently, you’re not ready for the conversation

nobody voted on this, but every time an agent pays for something in usdc it forces someone to go buy a us treasury to back that coin so the bigger the machine economy gets, the more american debt it soaks up we might just end up with bots funding the deficit

every bull run something different brings liquidity and attention back in imo this time i think it will be the most boring thing yet it won't be memecoins or another etf every cycle theres one new thing that opens the doors > 2017 it was icos, erc20 meant anyone could raise from anyone (mostly garbage but it bootstrapped ethereum) > 2020 it was defi and nfts shortly after > 2024 was the etf, wall street basically building a way to hold bitcoin without ever touching a wallet and every single time, price moved on hype way more than anything real so ive been analysing for whats different this time, and i think its already here, but it's just boring enough that not many people are getting into it ai agents, with their own wallets, paying each other in stablecoins coinbase built x402 for exactly this, google put out ap2 with like 60 companies on it, visa and mastercard both shipped their own also took me a bit to work out why an agent cant just use a normal card, but it cant open a bank account... cant pass a kyc check either... and a crypto wallet doesnt ask anyone for permission so the second you want software spending on its own around round the clock in fractions of a cent, theres basically one kind of money that fits mastercard recently paid ~1.8 billion for bvnk, a stablecoin company moving around 30b a year, right after a 2b coinbase deal for the same company fell apart which makes me think this might be the first cycle where the actual use case barely moves a token... the money just shows up as usdc volume and circle and the big networks get richer off it and if agents are paying each other, something has to know which agent is which, and whether its safe to deal with theres a standard - erc8004 - went live on ethereum back in january, barely anyone mentioned it its identity and reputation for software (basically a credit score for bots) you cant buy it (no token, which is probably why nobody talks about it) but everything else kind of needs it to even work it's super early and the volume actually going through any of this is still tiny, the talk is miles ahead of the usage, most companies are still doing everything the old way but i still think the money this time might be coming for software that can hold cash and spend it by itself position accordingly
