There's a deep point in this worth pulling out:
Often, in one of the worlds I straddle (tech) there is frustration with the pace of change in my other world (govt.)
This case is noteworthy because 10 years for significant change is a *quite* short timeframe for change in govt.
I *am* proud.
Less than 10 years to profound changes to our zoning & land-use laws in the world's 5th largest economy and transforming the discourse around housing policy in this country.
