Interesting Nov 21 data & the direct effect of DV closures on boundaries, specifically here Croxted Road is very obvious. Although average traffic volumes on Sat/Sun lower than mid-week, there is a HUGE difference when DV timed restrictions, esp 8-10am Mon-Fri... @Chris72826349

Completely agree. An apology will never cover the health impact, the stress, the division. Dreadful impact on main roads that are every bit if not more residential. Ruined bus journeys for those that rely on them. @AirCroxted @lovewestdulwich
As data becomes so incontrovertible, even hard-core LTN councils are forced to apologise for misleading reports, people are starting to ask:
- Is an apology enough?
- Serious health impacts have economic impacts: will those who participated in systematic disinformation now pay?

From the start we have said that DV had some intrinsically unique feature. One is the importing of over 11,000 students daily! The impact on boundary roads is extreme and entirely too heavy a burden for local families to shoulder. The ‘trade off’ is shocking. @AirCroxted
