Local 37 Professional Firefighters responded to a car vs house accident just before 4:00 AM. One patient had to be extricated from the vehicle and suffered non life threatening injuries.

Peoria IL Fire Department Station 3 is staffed by Engine 3, one of he city's 8 Advanced Life Support companies and houses the Hazmat response vehicle. It is located at 1204 W Armstrong, serving the Uplands, BU Campus/Off Campus, and many other north central neighborhoods.

Yesterday we extinguished an apartment fire on Oakhill Blvd. where we also rescued three dogs from the unit. One was transported to the veterinarian, the other two (pictured) are doing well.
