Next appeal up is Canary Gateway RTM (No.2) in the Court of Appeal on Thursday. Do shared ownership leaseholders have the Right to Manage like other long leaseholders? I am appearing for the RTM Company with James Castle as junior (instructed by Charlotte Collins at Jobsons).
