An out-of-control, pajama-clad crowd in lawn chairs, armed with coffee and doughnuts, gathered outside the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) building in South Portland on Sunday for the Portland Pastry and Pajamas Protest. Two people were even throwing a frisbee.
