This is the worst thing I’ve ever seen a major brand do. This is a $600,000 - $700,000 car from Ferrari. Ferrari execs said β€œyeah, that’ll sell”. WTF Jonny Ive?! If this was the Apple car, I’d say alright yeah that fits. This is absolutely trash though.

Inside my garage studio: I always wanted a workspace surrounded by cars. I have a beautiful home office, but I choose to be in here working and tinkering most days. It’s always a bit messy, but that’s kind of the point. It’s my place to be creative.

I have so much free time during business hours compared to most people and yet I still feel this so much. The pace of AI is 🀯
Not sure who else feels this... But holy shit I'm overwhelmed right now πŸ«£πŸ˜† Never been able to do more things. Never had so many things to do/try. Never enough hours in the day. Never felt more like I was falling behind so quickly. Relate, or nah?

Just had the most wildly fascinating call with Tom. He walked me through what he's doing with "Zero-Human" companies. The world is moving so incredibly fast right now. It's hard to fathom.
Chatting with @marshal in a few minutes so thought it would be a good time for @JunoAgent to build a zero-human version of the company he sold a while back. Follow along here - zhcinstitute.com/live

I just hit 100k followers on Instagram. It took 18 reels to go from ~20k to 100k I’m having a lot of fun over there with video and storytelling. I’m still addicted to X though, especially for learning about AI.

The current pace of technology makes me want to lock myself in a room and work 16 hours a day.

Stocks, crypto, gold, etc are crashing. You know what isn’t? Limited collector grade cars. End of an era type stuff. Example: I had the opportunity to buy a Ferrari 360 Challenge Stradale for $330k April 2025. Those cars are now $500k - $1m depending on spec and condition. The same is happening across many collector cars.

Today, I'm announcing a software tool service for small business owners. I built and sold my last company for $52,000,000. From idea to exit, it took almost exactly 4 years. We scaled to 150 people, and in that entire time, I only worked on the business 782 hours in total. I know because I tracked every hour. To do that, it isn’t hustle. It’s systems. That looks like documented processes, clear delegation, and the right people running well-defined systems. That’s how you stop working in your business and start working on it. After working with tons of founders, I noticed the same pattern every time. Everyone knows they should have SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), but almost no one actually makes them. Not because founders are lazyβ€”but because documenting systems is slow, painful, and always gets pushed to β€œlater.” So my co-founder and I built the thing we always wished existed. Outliner lets you document SOPs while you work. You turn it on, you do your process, and you talk through what you’re doingβ€”raw is fine. Outliner uses AI to turn that recording into clean, structured, usable SOPs automatically. No scripts. No polish. No perfect explanationsβ€”just real processes, captured in real time. You can use the software yourself, or our team can document everything for you. Either way, your business finally runs on systems, not memory. If you want a business that works without constant effort, use Outliner. πŸ‘‰ Outliner.com

β€œI know I need that, but I don’t want to do it.” That’s a great business vector. Reveals: - Awareness. They know they need it. - Friction of time, effort, pain, complexity. - Willingness to outsource. They’ll pay for it.

Then again, if I was AI, I would joke about people thinking I’m AI to gaslight everyone into believing I’m not actually AI.

πŸ‘¨β€πŸ’» Remote Content Strategist: You'll help turn my ideas, stories, cars, and businesses into short-form video scripts, hooks, and shot lists. You'll own content strategy, posting cadence, and narrative arcs. The scripts you write are what will become my short-form videos. The ideal candidate understands what makes a great short-form video (the hook, the visuals, and an excellent story). You can turn rough ideas into compelling videos.
