Higher stakes makes it more challenging. But the bottom line is, it’s no different than any other problem. So as soon as I figure out the system, I’ll be able to navigate the obstacles. [Owen, The Recruit]

Trust allows relationships to compound. When you don't have to re-evaluate people or worry about protecting yourself all the time, you go both further and faster with less anxiety and stress.

The danger here is that when compounding isn’t intuitive, we ofte ignore it’s potential & focus on solving problem thru other means.
The first rule of compounding: never interupt it unnecessarily.
Give away the what. Sell the how.
So many things.. happened. Baca twitter masa lalu, scroll sampai akhir.. Thank you 🙏🙏

People is hungry about meaning. Doing something meaningless will ruin our significance in this world.

Anak saya aktif sering kesana kemari apa-apa eksperimen. Jadi agak tenang klo bapaknya mulai dongeng pakai gestur. Dia menyerap menyimak.

Very recommended film: Draft Day. Keren. Leadership & making decision skill.
