Boston's buried under two feet of snow right now, but the Massachusetts Senate just cleared a path for every child in our state to learn to read by passing S.2855. With this law, Massachusetts kids will learn to read using a curriculum grounded in research, from teachers who are trained to deliver it, and those who struggle will get help early instead of years too late.
@NCTQ is proud to be part of a coalition of educators, families, advocates, and researchers who understand how we teach kids to read matters and fought to bring instruction in line with the evidence. I’m immensely grateful to Mass Reads Coalition,
