Try to determine what process group is occurring at the moment. The answer will most likely be an input, output or tool or technique associated with that specific process group. #PMP
Read the question closely. Often at least 2 answers are completely wrong. For example, if it asks for a technique, 2 of the answers might be a process or output. #PMP
The answer to many questions is "Put in a change request." #PMP

Make sure you read each #PMP question very closely. Often it will ask for a specific type of answer, such as a process, constraint, tool, technique, input or output. Then it will present certain answers that are automatically wrong because they're not the type they requested.

Herzberg Motivation-Hygiene... certain hygiene factors are negative if non-existent. Other motivational factors are positive when existent. #PMP
Expectancy Theory... workers need the right level of motivation. Achievable, good rewards. Then, they'll go for it. #PMP
Because of tailoring, no particular section of the PMBOK is truly required. #PMP
Theory Z is the best of Theories X and Y and creates long-lasting employee loyalty. #PMP
Theory Y... the boss knows Y her workers are motivated... she understands their desire to succeed at their jobs. #PMP
Theory X... workers are lazy and need lots of strict rules.. it's mean-spirited, X's out their happiness and life force. Theory Y... workers are self-motivated, and the boss just needs to facilitate them to get the satisfaction of a job well done. The boss is Yz (wise). #PMP
Deliverables are inputs to Control Quality, which makes Verified Deliverables as an output. Those input into Validate Scope, which has an output of Accepted Deliverables. #PMP
