Did I just unlock claude-fable-5-lite? 😂 Since Fable 5 got pulled (US export control order, Anthropic is contesting it), I wanted to see how much of its character lives in the system prompt vs. the model itself. I ran the leaked Fable 5 prompt on Opus 4.8 head-to-head against stock 4.8.

“amazon owns claude now” is the laziest read of this deal imo anthropic is literally running on all three hyperscalers rn: amazon: 25B investment 100B AWS commit microsoft: 5B 30B azure commit google: active GCP deal openai has microsoft. gemini is google. and claude? claude has all three of them paying for its compute that’s not lock-in, that’s the opposite. compute is the real bottleneck of this whole AI race and anthropic played it so every hyperscaler is funding their buildout play of the decade tbh
