a high ROAS over a long period of time on Google is just a sign that you didn’t scale enough there’s no reason to hold a 8X ROAS for 6 months at $5k/day if you could also scale to $20k - $50k/day

training your team with SOPs < training your team with MD files that Claude walks them through they just run it in their Claude acc & Claude guides them through the whole process → run it 3-5x with each team member → check in & analyze results → improve the MD file use Claude for training instead of just setting up a few docs

best thing I did in the past 6 months was spend an autistic amount of time with Claude & Manus → improved quality of dozens of processes → stopped hiring out of despair → striked all junior positions, only working with seniors → kept all companies super lean → helped 5 ecom brands do the same not the generic "look at my fancy n8n workflows that literally don't improve anything" just learned to: 1. connect the right sources 2. set up proper SOPs 3. translate them into replicable processes with AI cut 2h of sleep for a while spend more time with AI

talked to a guy yesterday flexing his 5x ROAS on Google at $100K/mo spend turns out he's reselling with a 30% gross margin before costs let's run the math on his $500K/mo revenue: → 30% gross margin = $150K → -$100K ad spend → -$20K transaction costs (4%) = $30K/mo net a $500K/mo business clearing $30K that's a 6% net margin hahahahahaahah then I looked at his feed he never optimized titles or images running the generic bs Claude spat out images straight from his supplier bro thinks he's eating good instead, he‘s just feeding his supplier & Google lol
