Incoming president Sue LeBeau is sharing her vision for the future of nursing and RNAO. Building on our legacy, Sue is calling on nurses to continue advancing equity, reconciliation, environmental stewardship and evidence-informed care to help shape a healthier future for all. #RNAOAGM "None of us achieve what we do without connection and collaboration with others. Nurses profoundly embody this as we partner with patients and foster their wellbeing through connections with their family, care partners, and care and service providers within and beyond our healthcare system. We Nurses also benefit from such relationships, through work and learning environments, family, and friends."

At #RNAOAGM, outgoing president NP Lhamo Dolkar delivered her final address, reflecting on her tenure, RNAO's advocacy achievements and the association's commitment to equity, evidence-informed practice and health for all. Thank you, Lhamo, for your dedicated leadership and service to RNAO and the nursing profession. " It is my deepest hope that seeing me serve as a President of RNAO from a Tibetan background will inspire many more nurses and leaders who look like me, and feel like me, to confidently aspire and achieve whatever their heart desires… Together, we are powerful, and we will continue to shape the landscape of nursing and healthcare provincially, nationally, and internationally."
