Loved combining my experience as classroom teacher, QUEST teacher, and instructional coach to review maps with 2nd grade. We had so much fun. @CBPineRunElem 🗺️ 💚
Had so much fun teaching 4th grade classes @CBPineRunElem@canva in preparation for their unit on endangered animals. “I just REALLY love this” was uttered so many times. Students especially loved the “magic tools!” “Magic Grab” was their favorite.
I feel so blessed to have helped facilitate our town hall meeting on being an effective communicator with 6th grade ss @CBLindenSchool. At the end of our meeting, ss created “rules” based on their conversation— so empowering. 💙
My morning was made in Ms. Strohl’s class in morning meeting. Ss filled out a card on how they will be a responsible citizen, cards were collected and redistributed-included mine as well. Classmates shared each others’ goals. The kindness and respect was palpable. 💙@CBDoyleElem
So grateful to have led Ms. Eckenrode’s 1st graders in morning meeting on being a responsible citizen. At the end, the students came up with 5 positive ways to demonstrate responsibility. I took those 5 traits, made a @canva and turned into bookmarks for them. @CBKutzElem 💙
Love learning from Mrs. Jeffers this morning. Morning work was #takemeawaytuesday where students answer a prompt and communicate with their parents. 2nd part- SEL morning meeting was predicting behaviors. Loved them both! @CBKutzElem 💙
Loved watching 4th graders continue with bar models in math today. @gunning_katrina has established such great routines with her students. They were all so engaged!! I also loved the relevant usage of stores with which the students are familiar. 🧮 ❤️@CBDoyleElem
Love this unique way of teaching the different social scientists. Students create a unique civilization and use PBL to represent its characteristics and what roles each scientist plays in it. Way to go, Tammy Z! @CBKutzElem 💙
Loved these two ideas for morning meeting. It was refreshing to see Laura Low’s 5th grade students so engaged, motivated, and prepared for their day. @CBLindenSchool 💙
9-year anniversary of teaching my favorite writing community lesson. You can’t go wrong when combining a March Madness bracket with pipe cleaners. Students now have many seeds for narrative growth. @CBKutzElem@CBSDSchools@SCunninghamCB@CCarrollCB 💙
Thank you @mbrevic for coming in and teaching writing to my 6th graders! We had such a good time learning about narrative writing and making our own timelines!
Loved being part of Ms. Rossi’s morning meeting and closing circle today. I loved the different components and how well the students responded. It was clear they already knew the routine. @CBLindenSchool 💙
Congrats to Dukes 2028 AA on winning the Millon Invitational with a championship game upset of undefeated #1 seed Sweetlax Florida. @THEDUKESLC 💚💙 ☘️ #dukeslocal
So incredibly proud of our 5th and 6th grade QUEST showcase. So much fun for the younger students to see what projects they will create in future years. Amazing creativity and collaboration by our 5th and 6th grade. @CBGrovelandEl
