The Ohio EPA released a draft for a new permit that would allow data centers to release untreated wastewater directly into rivers and streams.
The first page of the draft reads: “It has been determined that a lowering of water quality of various waters of the state associated with granting coverage under this permit is necessary to accommodate important social and economic development in the state of Ohio.”

The SAVE Act is being voted on today, and a lot of people think it’s a voter ID bill. It’s not. It’s a voter registration bill that changes what you need just to register to vote.
It also ends mail-in ballots and would silence millions of military families serving around the world and Americans who travel for work. They deserve a voice.
Go to 5calls.org/, enter your zip code, and search “SAVE Act.” Call your representative and tell them to vote NO on the SAVE Act.
Our democracy only works if we all can participate.

The SAVE Act isn’t about election integrity. It’s about making it harder for eligible Americans to vote. Citizenship is already required, and noncitizen voting is extremely rare. This bill would force people to jump through unnecessary hoops and could block millions from the ballot box. That’s not democracy.
