The Eagles two Super Bowl wins are against Tom Brady and Patrick Mahomes. Nobody ever say shit to us again.

Phils would need 2 of Ramos, Suzuki, or Adell.
From me on @BRWalkoff: Some big names I think could (or should) be available at the MLB trade deadline bleacherreport.com/articles/…

Phillies will continue to beat up on bad pitching but everyone knows nothing has changed. They barely put up an effort against good pitching. They’re gonna have to match it.

Schwarber is useless with Turner behind him. What a joke.

What are we doing with this Turner thing
Rollin' with Wheels #RingTheBell

Biggest part of this is how Schwarber is not productive with this waste hitting behind him.
Lots to talk about today at noon on @PHLY_Phillies, including this.

Thriving? LOL
The Phillies are finally thriving, but it happened too late to save Rob Thomson’s job. Column unlocked and free to read. nytimes.com/athletic/7361066…

This is the part the Sixers have gotten wrong since 2018
I'm excited to read everybody's thoughts on what (if any) lessons to take from the Knicks winning, because the main one I've got is basic: If you're very good but not quite there, don't rush to the drastic. Iterate, stay very good, give yourself a chance if things break right.

In today’s NBA depth and health are critical. Everyone wants to crown the next dynasty but it’s really really difficult to repeat
For the fifth straight season, the NBA champ had no star DNPs for the entire postseason. Brunson and KAT played every game. Something OKC and San Antonio’s stars couldn’t claim this year. The Knicks invested heavily in injury prevention by bringing in @CaseyRySmith. What a run.

That Miami offer for Giannis is horrific.

Yeah I’m sure Cowboys and Giants fans were thrilled for us. Do you hear yourself
Exactly. You could see what that Super Bowl meant to #Eagles fans. It was a great thing. Same context and conditions apply here to the #Knicks and their fans.

Count me in
The Sixers breaking from the trio of Tyrese Maxey, Joel Embiid, and Paul George feels unrealistic due to the latter's contracts. So, I made an offseason plan focused on building a coherent supporting cast around them. (A thread 🧵)

No Mike, you have no idea what a “fan” is anymore. You’re not one, and should stop telling people how to be one. It’s a terrible look
Not lecturing, just giving my genuine opinion. If you can’t appreciate a passionate fan base celebrating a title after 53 years, especially when their team plays like the #Knicks, you’re not really a sports fan. You’re just a baby who’s upset someone else finally got a rattle.

Adell would be 3rd on the team in homers. Same with Suzuki. Get both.
Jo Adell, everyday player? No. .224/.268/.323, .591 OPS vs. RHP Jo Adell, platoon player? Oh yes. .316/.349/.479, .928 OPS vs. LHP Also has a .782 OPS away, .583 OPS at home.

What a bunch of nonsense. Part of being a fan is trolling your rivals, talking trash, celebrating and throwing it in their face. Give me a break here. We don’t need lectures from journalists far removed from fandom.
Sorry, Philly fans. The #Knicks unite New York like no other team in that city and region. There are fans of all races, creeds, colors, genders, and classes who have waiting for this for more than half a century. If you don’t appreciate that, you don’t really appreciate sports.

They’ve gotta move Trea down. I don’t know what the answer is though

Or people looked at the ground ball rate that generally doesn’t translate to the majors. The dude stinks
Replying to @JeffKerrPHL
I’m so glad people can determine if a professional baseball player is good before half of his first full season is played. This isn’t your 90-day grace period at an everyday job.

Watching every rival win a title is hilarious. Sixers deserve this misery with how they’ve operated for a decade.

Get both
“The Phillies are desperately looking to acquire an outfielder at the trade deadline with Adolis Garcia expected to miss the rest of the season with his torn lat, and have Angels right fielder Jo Adell and Cubs right fielder Seiya Suzuki on their radar.” -@BNightengale
