Exactly, people are going to spin up 1k agents for a project, then they're going to dissapear when it's done - nobody wants to pay per-seat for that. That's why we got rid of seat-billing at @fastdotio and are providing 50GB per agent for cloud storage.

Exactly. That's why we don't charge per-seat and offer 50GB workspaces for every ai agent at @fastdotio - your agent can sign up for free on its own, create projects for work and work with other agents.
everything’s gonna be an API if they want or not.

Finally, it works... @fastdotio now offers 50GB free self-service agent accounts.... Ask your Claud Code or OpenClaw to install the skill (link in thread) and that's it. Just launched it. Upload files, ask questions about documents using built-in RAG with citations, create custom-branded sharing links, and transfer everything to a human when done. 257 MCP tools cover the full API. Free agent plan: 50GB storage, 5,000 monthly credits, no credit card required, no expiration. Agents can sign up on their own - all they need is an email address (hello @agentmail),

There are few emails that can stop a project in its tracks faster than this one: "I can't open the file you sent." Suddenly, you’re not a creative director or a project manager anymore; you’re tech support. Is it their video player? Do they have the right version of Excel? It’s a huge, unnecessary barrier to getting good work done. We believe your clients and collaborators should be able to see your work without having to own the software that created it. The feedback process should be about the work itself, not about technical troubleshooting. That’s why our team at MediaFire built @fastdotio with powerful, in-browser previews for just about everything. You can send a single link where your client can stream an HD video, listen to an audio track with a full waveform, flip through a document or presentation, and even scroll through a spreadsheet, all without a single download. It means the feedback loop gets dramatically faster. Your clients can see the work instantly, on any device, and give you the notes you need to keep the project moving forward.

The whole process of getting files from a client is broken. You send an email, they reply with a question, you send a link, they forget the password. It’s a huge amount of friction right at the start of a project. We're fixing this with @fastdotio

Holy crap. Finally got better audio support deployed on Fast - more complicated than it looked! Full waveform generation and seeking on the waveform. Support for tons of audio formats (MP3, WAV, AIFF, etc..). Thanks to @SunoMusic for making it easy to generate new audio files for testing (had some fun making cringe songs about my cofounders)

Most file-sharing sites are just a simple upload/download script. They feel slow because they are. When you're moving huge video files, that architecture just falls apart. It’s not built for pro use.

Fast.io is MediaFire if we built it in 2025. We went back to our roots and built the file-sharing experience we want for ourselves. Video rendering, AI summaries, custom logos and backgrounds. It's file sharing, made beautiful.
