1.~14,400m3 received from Israel at Khan Younis.~30% usual daily IL supply
2. Restricted to small network serving 70k people due to system damage
3. Desal & Waste Water Treatment Out. Wells at 20% and falling
4. Gaza needs 200,000m3/day

Just received update on #Gaza water situation:
1. Entire water and wastewater system in Gaza has ceased to function.
2. Effects on civilian population will be fast and catastrophic.
3. The State of Israel must immediately restore supply of energy and water to save civilian life
