Looking for advice on whether to negotiate a verbal offer or in the email afterwds? Previously in my experience, I had to accept the verbal offer before they sent me paperwork details. Am I still able to negotiate even if I technically accept the verbal one? Please help! #offer

- boring is better
- HMs & I hate charts, tables, columns etc
- conservative font
- couple pages is fine no need to cram into just one
- no pics

Thank you for your transparency. Itโs sad to say but with inflation constantly rising, nobody can afford (literally) to stay loyal to a job for extended periods of time with next to nothing increases
