Every Black woman that I know can relate to this across multiple disciplines. Many of these companies don't want actual diversity but only the appearance of wanting diversity.

Refusing to allow deaf children access to signed or spoken language is language deprivation, and it's flat out discrimination.
Deaf students have every right to access language fully.
