science is so crazy bc if I’m off by 1uL for a qPCR it’ll skew all of the data but western blot primary antibodies incubate at 4°C “overnight” which can mean 12 hours and it can mean 18 hours and it doesn’t matter, just like, whenever ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
