Called @virginmedia utterly useless and complete lack of urgency. Still no engineer until Tuesday. Going to send an invoice for loss of earnings.

We now have a @virginmedia engineer booked but not until Tuesday, cue loss of earnings, money spent on extra data and petrol to go to my parents to try and use internet. Issue was definitely local area but now been told need engineer. 5 days after first went off.

No axe to grind and clarity of point. We didn’t vote to be worse off financially, educationally, scientifically, holidayingly ( I know there is no such word😂) and health wise.

So @virginmedia is down again, been down since yesterday morning. We know it will last until just before the point they have to pay compensation, they will offer no apology and they give no updates. Looking at switching ASAP
