In 2025, Mentor Together contributed to national conversations on mentoring through partnerships with the Ministry of Labour & Employment, NITI Aayog, & national mentoring forums. Across, we continued advocating for mentoring as essential infrastructure for youth development.

This year, our product team focused on making the app more reliable & easier to use-improving call success rates, notification delivery, & onboarding speed. It reinforced a key idea: in digital mentoring, reliability is one of the most impactful features a product can offer.

This year, our MEL team focused on turning mentoring data into actionable insights- automating processes, building accessible dashboards, & helping teams make more informed decisions. #mentoringmatters

Mentoring helps bridge the gap between women’s education & workforce participation by building confidence, & networks. Through Mentor To Go, 1,700 young women received structured support leading to tangible outcomes in jobs, & more equitable career pathways. #mentoring

We're out to measure how mentoring helps mentors-not just mentees-by building a program focused on empathy, & learning as a 2-way process. With 50 mentors delivering 278 sessions, we’re already seeing more intentional, reflective mentors & we’re excited to know more. #mentoring

Through our partnership with Amazon, over 100 mentors supported nearly 300 mentees helping first-generation students bridge the gap between classroom & real-world careers. These mentees showed how the right guidance at the right time can give them an edge. #mentoringmatters
