Monad Testnet Week 10 - Friday Night Space hosted by @koreanads As always, the space was a great time full of energy and insight. Here’s a brief summary of the casual conversation we had. 1. Congrats to the new OGs This week, new OG roles were assigned. Two members from Koreanads were also promoted. Congrats @cryptoaga_ @earn_it_too 🎉🎉🎉 They have contributed so much time and effort to Monad and truly deserve it. 2. Meetup Chatter We recalled a funny episode from a past meetup. After the event, many Koreanads caught a cold😷 We tried to guess who the culprit was, but we still couldn’t figure it out😂 The most affected was @Buja_Quest, whose cold has lasted for over a week. Even so, she joined the space. We admire her passion and mental strength. Hopefully she can get some rest and recover soon. Take care, buja💉🏥❤️ The last meetup was so much fun that even though it's only been two weeks, everyone is already looking forward to the next one. By the way, there's a rumor that the next meetup will be held during KBW week in September👀 3. Monad Testnet Status📊 The number of new accounts on the Monad Testnet has now reached 258M. This is about 50M more than last week. We joked that if this pace continues, it might catch up to India's population in a few months😂 Plus, the number of Monad Testnet NFT contracts has also surpassed 400k. This growth shows not only an increase in the number of NFT projects, but also that many users are actively creating and using NFTs. We are becoming even more bullish on the Monad NFT sector. 4. ChogStar (@chogstarrr) As more Monad NFT projects appear, we discussed which one might become the king of Monad NFTs. Our common view is that ChogStar is the strongest candidate. Chogstar is a unique and awesome PFP collection based on the Chog IP, founded by @0xtequilaa, Monad OG. They are building the community in their own way and gaining strong hype🔥 According to Koreanads, even NFT enthusiasts from other chains are very bullish on ChogStar and are trying hard to get starlist spots. Currently, the starlist pass FP is around 19,000 $MON, showing how highly anticipated this project is. 5. Cruxful (@cruxful) This week, we heard about Cruxful, another exciting new NFT project through Danny’s Monad In The Morning. @pipeline_xyz @opendanny Cruxful is a unique art project that brings artists onto Monad and helps them expand their creative frontiers. They are not only releasing beautiful artworks but also aiming to bring more art lovers into crypto. ✅Genesis Mint Pass Info - Opening artist: Dadaz - Collection size: 333 - Date: Early May @DadazFamily is a well-known artist in Korea, especially after collaborating with Starbucks Korea. Almost everyone in Korea knows him. There are still ongoing events where you can win whitelist spots, so be sure to participate actively and seize the opportunity! For reference, this project was founded by @endgamemz and is jointly led by @Meta2real, both of whom are members of Koreanads. In addition to Cruxful, other Koreanads are also actively building exciting projects in the Monad ecosystem, such as @naddotfun @0xLilmon @juju5378 @bakbar8519 We are truly grateful for their contributions to the monad eco and will continue to support them with pride. 6. Support for the Monad Developer Ecosystem Recently, there has been a lot of positive news about supporting the Monad developer eco. @circle , @get_para, @privy_io, @chainlink, and others announced development infrastructure support. Monad is fully compatible with the EVM, making it familiar to many Ethereum developers. Thanks to the growing support from infrastructure partners, we expect even more developers to join the Monad eco.
